Calendar Request Form

Please share as much information as possible such as location, time, name of event. We ask that you submit dates that are more finalized (vs. tentative).

This will be displayed on the public website calendar to help inform and connect people to our church. Here are some examples: Men’s Ministry Monthly Meeting, YAM Outing, IPM Weekly Prayer Gathering, SOON Expo, etc.
