Reservation Requests

  • KCPC ROOM RESERVATION


    KCPC Rooms are available for reservation for ministry events sponsored by a specific ministry of KCPC EC.
    Reservations for personal use are not approved.

    Please submit a room reservation at least one week prior to the date that you are requesting.

  • KCPC KITCHEN RESERVATION


    KCPC Kitchen can only be reserved by Fairfax County Food Manager Licensees who have also completed the KCPC Kitchen Safety Training.
    Detailed usage guidelines are noted on the form.

    Please complete the Kitchen Reservation Request Form and submit to the church office at kmo@kcpc.org.
